Return and exchange
The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size does not suit you, we allow you to return and exchange the product.
Deadline for reporting: Returns or exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
How to report: Send an email to return@moguloutfit.com with the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Conditions: The product must be in its original, unused condition. The original packaging must be preserved.
Delivery
Delivery time: The goods are delivered within 5 working days from the confirmation of the order.
Delivery price: Delivery is free for the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you are not satisfied with the contents, you have the right to refuse the shipment without any costs.
Shoe maintenance
Proper maintenance extends the life of your leather shoes and preserves their appearance.
Daily care:
After wearing, wipe the shoes with a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt
Store the shoes in a dry and ventilated place, out of direct sunlight
Use wooden or plastic molds to maintain their shape
Cleaning: Use specialized leather products for cleaning
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or large amounts of water
Clean suede leather with a suede brush — never with a damp clothImpregnation:
Regularly impregnate the shoes with a spray to protect against moisture and stains
We especially recommend impregnation before first use
Storage: Store the shoes in the original box or dust bag
Never store in airtight plastic bags
